    Question sandcrabs where to catch offshore

    just wanted to find out a little info on catching sand crabs offshore from mooloolaba,, any hint would be much appreciated

    Pros used to leave pots about 12nm out on the way to cal wide (pretty close to directly east) in about 50m of water. Used to worry about hitting the bouys on the way back in , in the dark. Never tried myself, so can't tell you any more than that.
