FISH-FREAK
my thoughts..it is a Cruisecraft..don't buy one.
Probably not much wrong with the boat but there is a lot wrong with the local dealer.
Go straight to the factory if you have an issue. They are good to deal with, and they're in Hemmant.
I have the 685 Outsider. Magic. I've been told it rides a shade better than the Explorer because of a more central center of gravity, but the fishing room in the Explorer is awesome.
If you want to have a chat about it, pm me.
Cheers,
Tim
Carbon Really Ain't Pollution.
I have a 685 explorer it is a whole new hull with finer entry and higher sides than the outsider. Had mine for a year with a 250 on the back and cant fault it its my third cruisecraft and by far the best. They are alot more ridged with the way the inside is fitted out everything is bolted now instead of screws in the outsider. You will need trim tabs

I wish I could afford one - if I could - I'd buy one. Darren.
Go for a seatrial in a 685 Explorer, a Haines Hunter 650 Classic or Patriot and a Haines Signature 680F, then make a decision based on those three boats. All in the same range IMO. Each has different pro's and cons.
