Scored a heap of whiting today in the murkier water. Probably caught 40-50 of them mainly small ones 20-25cm but also got a few good ones. 13 in fact from 27-38cm. Caught them on bubble pop45 and px45's. OK thats the last whiting post til i crack the 45cm mark. Ben

glad to see someone getting them Ben its gone very quiet up here at golden beach i was going ok but the last month waste of time, still getting some good ones on bait but, good feed well done

TA Guys, Wombie not farmiliar with golden beach, Wherabouts on the coast is it if you don't mind me asking? Have to do a fair bit of searching for them and from the shore it can mean walking a long way while putting out casts. But once you find them it's action stations. For about 45mins it was at least a hit every single cast , if not it was 2,3 or 4. Super surface fishing even if they don't pull a heap of drag. Ben
sorry Ben golden beach is at caloundra sunshine coast( pumicestone passage)where i was getting them in a couple of places they seem to have gone i might have to put the boat in and try a few spots.
