no worries deano, creek has been generally shite but we don't put a lot of time into it, its very silted up and full of tourists this time of year. theres a spot i wanna check out but need a canoe or a big tide to get the tinnie up there. could be a hide out for red devils. If your bringin gear to walk the banks then targeting whiting and bream is best best at the moment, water temps are quite high(25deg, balmy) so bigger flatties may be scarce, they'll have had to hit the beaches to find deeper, cooler water. there are some good looking gutters on the beaches if you're so inclined.
cheers roo.
Dont encourage him Dean, he gets in enough trouble on his own. We should be back in Potty by 6ish sat night.
Ash dropped in for a chat last night, she's such a sweetie!!
Cheers Kim.

Are any of you guys going to put a post in the M&G section. There might be a few saltwater fishos who might come along just for the oppportunity to rinse off their gear. It sounds like its going to be a good weekend

Well I hit Borumba Friday,
only about three boats there thanks to the weather But coming home there was a solid stream of traffic on the road heading into the storm.
Temp 100 and humidity 200! showers throughout the day were gratefully recieved just to cool off. Afternoon down pour nearly filled the boat despite the bilge pump going flat out. Unfortunately it passed away half way back to ramp and the boat was not only carrying a coupla big wollapers but 6inches of water!
In the morning the lake was still and flat, no fish.
In the afternoon rain and wind, first time I have seen waves on Borumba, no fish.
Despite HB, Spinner B, plastics, spinners, surface walkers, divers. Did I mention No Fish? I would like to find some little frogs they used to be available but haven't seen them for years. The old ones were not soft like the new gear they would have to be worth a try. Foxie! ?
