Is this an easy bar to go out through in an 18ft glass boat.It is a fair shortcut to Palm beach compared to the seaway. Hoping to get down there Friday to have a crack at a mack

It is herendise at the moment with little to no water on it. Also mermaid has had a few fish i hear as well which is closer to you. If you really want to go out of Currumbin you will have to go have a look of the point as it changes every 2 days. also watch out for the dredge pipes as you can hit them on a half tide thats how shallow it is.

ive lived a currumbin for years now and its probably the shallowest ive ever seen
im no expert at bar crossings but i wouldnt want to get caught in there mate
