HELL YEAH!!!! 2nd biggest jew i've seen this year. I'm especially impressed with you gilling the big girl. You've a braver man than most, some guys come up from gilling a jew in tears after they've just had their hands shredded.
Leaving them overnight definately makes them easier to fillet the next day when they've firmed up a bit.
