Thread: Fantastic Service

    Thumbs up Fantastic Service

Definitely believe in credit where it's due. Took my gearbox over to Cuningham's yesterday to see if they could locate a leak. The service manager (Scott) pressure tested the box, cleaned it down and showed me where the problem was. Took half an hour of his time and he really did go to that extra bit of effort, will definitely be recommending them to everyone and of course using them from now on.

They have had a number of good mentions here over the last few years... good to know. I am over an hour away but what's that if you have confidence in a place..?

I find it quiet sad that a good news thread like this one comes on ausfish and only 2 replys so far you put up gone and 111 so far. I think that it is important we support people like cunninghams for good service etc. I also think it is important to state the facts about the industry and it's current problems but a bit more of a even balance would be nice it might just help prop up a industry in need. Well done to Bruce and the boys and also darkside for giving them a pat on the back.

    Hows it going guys

I originally bought my boat from Cunninghams and recently took it back to have some mods and upgrades done with chart plotter radar led lighting bait board bilge pumps and a complete rewire.

He originally said it would take 2 days to do the job once he realised the job would take longer they worked back to get the job done. Knowing that I was returning to Afghanistan and realising he wasnt going to get all the jobs done prior to me returning overseas he got all the electronics done so i could go fishing on the weekend and let me return the boat once i was done so he could finish.

When my father in law returned the boat Scott realised that the trailer brakes were in need of replacing so instead of completing some of the minor tasks he went on and fixed the brakes instead

I commend Scott and his boys the job that was done was second to none and i wouldnt hesitate in returning or recommending them to someone else.

On a funny note when the boat was returned to the dealership some bait was left accidently in the bait tank only for the young apprentice to find it while cleaning the boat for pick up
He took it in his stride and got the boat clean even though his stomach was much worse off for it . The father in law decided to reward to boys with a few coldies when he picked up the boat.
