Had a relaxing fish in the Mackay harbour on saturday night. Got some quality live bait that afternoon ( large feathery bream and whiting ) and started fishing at 7 pm. Half an hour later one of the bream got smashed and after an awsome fight lifted a nice little fingermark into the boat.
Things were looking promising but sadly that was the only bite i got. Still it was a nice cool night and better than watching tv.
Nice fish mate, are fingermark good eating?
