    Hi Mal,

When Greg put their link in this thread the Shimano site had the Paladin gearing symbol under the Twinpower. When I double checked with them, because my information was that it did not have Paladin gearing, they took it off. The website is done well in advance of the gear arriving and there is a statement:

Due to Shimano's constant product development, specifications may vary from those published on this website. Please double check product information on the product packaging before making your purchase.

Because the Twinpower is built for the UK market it does not have a max drag rating. I have a couple of guys fishing with them in the Seychelles soon so it will be interesting to see what they get out of them.

If you click on the link in WestOZFishers post you will get the weights etc there.

Whatever you decide my only suggestion is don't leave it too long. Most major tackle brands had price increases this month. Once shops sell their current stock all products they buy will be at the new prices and you will be paying more.

    Cheers,

    Janelle

I have a twin power and a Saragosa. Different sizes, but you can still tell the difference in the feel. The Saragosa is my choice.

Can you expand on this a little? What sizes are you comparing, and how do they feel different? TIA
