Its already been established that the Green Zones have not been based of any facts or science, the GBRMPA admitted this themselves when they had to produce it and thus got the "precautionary principle" introduced into parLIARment.
Lying to and cheating the public has worked so well for the old crone in the past, so why should we expect change? Hasn't it been mentioned that the best indicator of future performance is past performance? Or something along those lines.
