    Here is the link to the MBAA research. Well worth a read if you have not done so already. You will very quickly understand what a farce the EPA green zones are, and how much better, more effectively for the environment and with much less impact on fishing it could have been done.

    The original intent was to use the soon to be banned rectangle folding pots and sew up the entances so no crabs or fish can get in. Also no bait. I am with you in that we can not have pots perpetually killing marine life.

    But, I dont think charges could be laid over a house brick.
