Great work Chewy.
I fished Ungowa years back, great looking water, was told some very, very big cod live there.
How deep is it in front of the jetty and surrounds? I've forgotten.
Cheers, Jeff.

Re: Ungowa
Hey Chewy..
Were you over there sat or sundy????.... i was over friday night/sat morn, couldn't raise a trumpy....fished ross's reef, south of the jetty and the waterfall for 4 legal coralies and a cod...i suspect some trumpys were having a bit of fun on the straight section just north of the ship early in the morning....bait crashing everywhere....but i couldn't be bothered pulling the pick to investigate..
Had a crazy little half hour session on ross's around 2.30am but other than that all was fairly quiet...
How'd ya go with the knot eels???....i donated a set of stainless long nose pliers to them....hahaha..in hindsight probly wasn't the smartest thing to try and do....

Re: Ungowa
Croc my ass.....did you see the pics in saturdays paper....i'm not sure how a croc slides down the bank on it's guts and leaves those little ribbed bits in it's tracks as it go's......would be good to see though, imagine sitting at bun bun or the arti and a 5m croc cruised past..... Mate chased king around the pocket all weekend (sat and sundy) and all he caught was 1 flatty.....maybe it was just one of those weekends...
