Well I bit the bullet today and put a deposit on a shiny new Yamaha 25 2 stroke. I went to Stones Cnr marine and the guy was fantastic, told me loads of stuff on how to set it up, run it in, and answered loads of my other stupid questions. Big thumbs up for them so far! Cant wait to get it on the water!

Oh really I didnt know they did that. Do they do it on smaller low cost outboards too? I was just going to pick up the motor in the ute and bring it home.

OK, lets get this straight, if they are a true "GOOD" dealer, they will help you if you are buying a 20HP tiller steer, or a pair of 300HP's, that's why a good dealer is worth more than saving $50 from the guy down the road, or who sells via a website, a few years down the track you might want to upgrade, if they treat you really well now, where do you think you might go again??? if you go there a bit, the Salesman will even know who you are and offer even more friendly advice and Service!
