I didnt eat any but i did keep one for my mate who ate it.
No problems i probably have eatin 50+ mackeral since i have been fishing and im fine i eat spotty,schoolie and broadbar but don't eat spanish aparently they are the ones to watch out for.

However did a stint in hospital with a badly busted leg and the guy in the bed across from me caught a spot up there last season and he got the the dreaded sig. .........that's how come I asked. Mind you a mate known to some as the Spaniard King tried to wipe his whole family and guests out on a large Blue caught down our way that was loaded with sig. so I guess it is pot luck.

actually warrior of this site was telling me the other day how a fella he knows got sig from a schoolie and so did the guys friend from the same fish
