Off Topic Section

Hey Fishers,

I was just wandering why we dont have an off topic thread where people can talk about things other than fishing? Has it been tried in the past and not worked out? is there a section for off topic discussion and you have been hiding it from me or im too stupid to realise? I wasthinking the "test board section" was an off topic section, but to me thats just where all the reject threads (no to be harsh) go so its not really a gathering/chatting place.
