The only drama I have is with the trailer setup. I will be following the links you posted earlier to fix it. I'm just not happy with the setup, too easy to miss the first keel roller and not enough wobblers up the bow end. The other thing is, both time I retrieved the boat, about 5 litre of waters came out. The first time this happened, I put that white tape stuff over two of the bungs, but the trip yesterday resulted in water again. I just gotta check the bungs again and the two water intakes that go through the hull.
The 150HP was brilliant mate. The SPB trip cost me just under 90ltrs. I cruised through the bay at 30knts @ 4200 RPMs. Couldn't be happier mate! Live bait tank is a tad small though. now I just gotta get use to driving her offshore. I'm always scared of the banging in waves, but I know this is not an issue.
Was the water coming out of the two side bungs or the central bung? I have made the mistake of cross threading the bungs once and had that problem on the side ones. I found if they are tight when you first start screwing them in then they are cross threaded. It is really easy to do.

Just remember mate to trim it in and punch through it. They are a bit sensitive to trim side to side so if all the weight is on one side it will lean that way and bang on that side. Once you get the hang of it it is so easy to travel in most conditions.

The two side channels are independent to the central one. Play with the bungs when putting them in to see if you can get them to go in easily right up till they hit the seal and then tighten. Hopefully that is all the problem is. When it happened to me it scared the crap out of me as it had never happened before.

You could be on the money with replacing the lot Julian. My two outside bungs are a weird thread. Very course. I cannot find any the same at any outlet. I have the 2 I use and that's it. Once they go I will be forced to put new outer in as well. Also check the washer is at the back of the bung and in good nick. I have had one split on me causing water to get in.

Trying to seal the thread is a waste of time they work by sealing against the nylon washer. People used to replace the nylon washers with O rings but IMO that leaves them open to catastrophic failure if the O ring breaks.
Any leaks replace the nylon washer with a new one making sure the sealing surfaces on the fitting & bung is perfect. (The nylon washers tend to harden over time)
It goes without saying the thread has to be matched to the transom fitting.
I got mine sorted out at Whitworths where they had a big box of assorted bungs, even got a few mistakes out in the garage somewhere.

Nice mate, those 2200's are a nice boat. I would be tempted to put the 175 zuke on one though. Are the boat boxes insulated?
