its happening again

i had a quick flick befor work yeseterday, trying for jack on the surface. i worked over the hole place and only had hits from bream, as my time was short and the bream were chuwing and there was no jacks to be seen so i wacked on my lucky trick trout on my 12lb leader. i got 8 small bream 1 cod and a barred grunter befor i had to call it quits but as i allways do, i sead to my self, right this is the last cast. i cast my lure and it shot strait thrugh some over hanging branches and out the other side, nooo, i keeped working it and a nother bream woofed it down, then the hooks pulled and the trout snaped back in to the branches and thats where the lure stayed. nooooo.
i went to work then but at 2 am, i went back to try and get it but as i was pulling on the branches it fell in the water and was no where to be seen, nooooo so as i was storming back to the car i sliped and cut my foot on some oysters, oooww. but 5 more steps after i cut me self i found a gold bommer in the rocks yaaha so i was not so grumpy going back to work.
in the morn after work i meet up with basskid and we hit mooloola in surch of more bream.
it was hot and the bream were playing the game but basskid was making me look verry avrage, he was on fire. and soon had a great bag of fish befor 10am. i was getting a few small ones when i seen a weired flash under one of the trallers so i cast my shrimp in and it got hammed, line peeled off my reel and i could feel the braid rubbing hull of the traller but after stoping the run, it just sat there chaffing my leader on the boat, i had him pinned there for about 2 mins befor the light leader poped, noooo, will called it for a golden trev but it felt jacky to me.
not long after my big bust up, it was basskid turn and he lost some monster of the deep that pulled about 50m of his reel then pop, bummer dude. we soon hit the cannals again befor i had to get home and will said chuck a popper on, so i looked in my box of tricks and wacked on my px 45 and after about the 5 jettey i got my first surface bream for the day them a nother then a nother but all just runts, the hole time will was getting stonker after stonker on is power bait thingys. i soon change to a critter but only got a nother small one so i wacked on my lucky towadi for my lucky last cast and gess what, it got hammed by a huge bream, it was a awsome fight but in the dying stages he dived fir the bottom and he chafed my 4lb on a boat ramp and took my lure to put on his wall, dam dam dam, i did not want to loose that one but thats what i get for fishing so light.
im not going to bother with pics as you all have seen bream befor and i feel lazy and tired, i only got 1 hour sleep befor my next work shift so im stuffed.

Yes you will need to make sure you get to work and earn some money so you can afford to stock up on those lures you are losing. Hard luck on the not so successful fishing but I'd bet money that you had a fabulous time anyway.

Sounds like you paid the price for fishing in all the right places, better to lose lures to fish than snags

and 1 hour sleep between fishing and work, nice one.

You sure are dedicated to your fishing and i wish i had the time to get out as much as you do. Lucky b#st@rd

Bad news on the towadi nuggs,got my new lures today mate might not need the towadi anymore,lol

Got a good cack out of that report mate - funny bugger, good to see you dominate the bream yet again, heck ive only got 10 all season.
