1770 Pelagics in December
Hi all,
Looking at heading up to 1770 around the start of December for a long weekend and was wondering what the mackeral and other pelagics are generally like at that time of year just off/around the headland? I'm only in a Poly Tuff Tender so wont be venturing out more than 500m or so past the entrance and am not too interested in catching anything bigger than the boat.
Also what are the preferred methods for the mackeral up there, Trolling/livies/pillies/slugs? I guess i'll give it all a go.
Any info/ recommendations would be appreciated.
Cheers
Steve

Try trolling rapala barra magnums and halco lazer pros around the two red boys near the bar, try some popopers around the rocks
