Raymarine A60 Or Lowrance Lcx 27c

I am looking at these two units and was after feedback from anybody who uses these combo units.I have read on a similar thread that it is reported the A60 has a weak GPS?what is the problem?
I have had previous reliability problems with Lowrance on different 5"units(I have had a 5"colour sounder and a"5"combo fail. The sounder was replaced under warranty and the combo is just out of warranty)So I have real reservations towards lowrance are they all prone to problems? On paper the lowrance seems to offer more.Do raymarine have any known reliability issues.
I already have a navionics xl9 gold card and believe it will work in either unit.

    thanks Craig

I have the A65 and other than the fact that you can't display the waypoint that you are going to (except on the split screen), it is a brilliant unit.

Way above the Lowrance product and top service and help available.

I have the Raymarine A60 just as a GPS/ chartplotter and am very happy with it. Great screen, solid unit , easy to use and much quicker redraw than the Furuno GPS 32 plotter that sits next to it on my dash.

    Cheers,
