    First Yellowbelly for the season.

    Just thought I would share my first attempt at fishing for Yella's this season.
    I caught it in Storm King Dam, (Stanthorpe). Normally wouldn't bother posting pics
    of just one fish but I was pretty happy to get such a good quality fish in my first session. I got it on a 'Rebel Lure' imitation crayfish with a small bib on it.
    I will say that we took the photo and then released it into a dam on the old boys place as fish of this size are mostly female and a little fatty to eat.
    p.s. it was 53cm long

    (as you can see I' m a novice at posting pics.)

    Decent yella there mate a solid 53cm!
