    Fishing south west WA

    Gudday

    I'm going for a bit of an adventure in the South and South West of WA in December/January. I grew up there a long time ago and would like to do a bit of fishing, from the beach or rocks.

    What should I target at this time of year? What gear should I take? Can anyone recommend some good, of the beaten track spots (I'll be in the 4x4)?

    I only have a baitcaster at the moment, for wild barra. I don't want to spend a heap of money because I doubt it'll get used that much again after this trip...
