A bit of everything mate atomic prongs 3",gulp shrimp 3", powerbait bass minnows 3" and gulp swimming mullet 3" mostly using 1/6 and 1/8 tt and nitro heads normally just stay with the 1/6 but the tides where a bit big so there was a bit to much run at times for 1/6

    Re: lureing Hervey Bay

river heads has some good areas fish the banks opersite the marker between the barge ramp and the river ramp (fish over the other side of the river).
There is alot of flatties around there but never know what you could pull from there.
Atomic prongs work well along there for flatties
Ask one of the boys from tackleworld to mark ungowa on a map for you if you get it on a good day nice weather and clear water it is so nice down that way and some very fishy areas.clear water big rock ledges, fallen bolders, old jetty, ship wreck that is half out of water very nice area not to far from the river.

    cheers BK
