Are we talking about the same bloody tyres? They must have made some sort of mistake.
Maxxis 31 by 10.5 to go on a 15inch rim? All terrain type tyre with Bravo written on the side.

Looks like some good prices for tyres floating around, about 6 months too late for me - when I shod my Paj with its 3rd set of Coopers. FYI they have revamped their ATR's to a much thicker side wall which are now 10 ply, but the price was $300.00 each for mine F&B. But as usual I will get 120K out of them before they are ready for the drags.
