Here in SA we’ve had wet windy conditions for boating through out july and august,has any fore caster been game enough to predict the weather conditions for the coming months for Aust.
You'd be hard pressed to find one, and if you do, I doubt it would be very accurate at all. All a long term forecast would be is a compilation of years gone by weather records and an average of those. Even the week out forecasts get it wrong, and more often than not next day predictions are out too. Can't recall the number of times that I've been caught out after listening to the weather on the radio an the way to the ramp, only to have the predictions wrong and get a pummeling.
