Where to go. Moreton?

Hey all,
I have been fishing around Moreton for years now in the old mans tinny, just staying around the islands as he lives on Lamb Island but he has a mate coming down from up north this weekend who has a pretty big boat. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on where to take him? i was thinking of heading to peel, but ive never been there before and wouldn't know where to anchor up....
Also could anyone shed some light on the new fishing laws that are ment to be coming in for Moreton Bay....
I heard that we cant fish between the islands anymore, only off the jetty!

Any advice or help would be much appricated.

good fishing at harry atkins artifical early morn also on the east side of goat island a good drop off along the bank east side of goat heading north
