    Hi Greg ...... its not the daylight thats a concern ( my makos are as good as any)
    Its the period around dark that concerns me .......... but then I want to keep my eyes protected on the run back to the ramp after dark - Last Oct it was so bad it was like a bug snowstorm ...... when the spotty was turned on

    I ended up buying a pair of Avis polycarb safety glasses ...... Quite nice with a metal frame (spring hinges) & yellow high vis lenses ( meets all the standards)
    A bit more quality than standard plastic safety glasses for not too much more coin

    I'll see how they go at Mondy & Awoonga
