Wondered when I would see that rod again. Got to agree with you, he made a very nice rod, it feels fantastic and you'll be able to cast all day with no hassles. Unfortunately we were a bit busy when you came in and I didn't get to play with it as much as I would have liked. Maybe another time

You just gotta love those Matagi components. They really enhance any rod and the powder coated ACS seats are just stunning. The whole set up on your rod looks great. I use a different set up with my spirals but the idea is generally the same. Once you use a spiral and feel the advantages you'll never go back to a conventional baitcaster.
