Heading out in the river today with some mates. Expecting to be out all day and ive been thinking. I havent caught a decent flathead in so long. Anyone got any spots for flat ones in the river.

Had no luck in the Brissy river last Sunday, but will definately try again and mark some spots.
just inside of boggy creek theres a pretty big flats area, would be lizards there for sure. Gets pretty shallow. work some plastics over the area should nail atleast one.
Live 2 Fish is spot on there I've heard of some nice flathead coming from that area
just out side boggy creek is also a good spot 3-5ft at low tide .

i caught my pb of 1 year land based about 500m upstream of the pink boat ramp. 70cm. the rockey ledge was where she was hiding
boat minder- only $40 a day
just to give you the heads up that pinkenba boat ramp is closed and they are doing road works at the other dirt ramp and they have it cut off
