fun day on the goldy
went out to the 18s off the goldy today with a mate in his rig and got into some nice size squire on plastics. biggest went 62cm and was on a 5inch gulp squid and the others on 7 inch jerk shads. dropped some real quality fish but thats life. trag was on bait but parrot fell to a 5 inch jerkshad

Nice snaps on the placcies mate.
I was looking at it from work again thinking how good it would be to be out there.
Gotta start using the plastics now there's no more of ash's $5 pillies left

mate couldnt lose a bait out there today tie on a white gulp and off he went ended up beating me for numbers but i still got him for fish of the day heh heh

Did you fish the early morning tide?
We went wider this afternoon and got a bag of snapper.
Lost some stonkers too.

yeah i looked back last night on the tides and the bite seemed to coicide with the change of the tide at about 11 in the morning. we were on our way out to the 36s and stopped at one mark i had in the gps and there was bait everywhere and the fish were hanging around them so we didnt venture any further. looks like the quality was better out wider where u were tho
