Though thinking about the whole process of voting .......... the smart play was to nominate at the last minute ........ The highest number - That position will give you the best chance - as there is no maximum number to worry about!

Thanks for the compliment Chris, but I can assure you that I am not that smart. I chose 1170 because it is a lucky number for me when it comes to barra, only to realise I was the highest after you posted the list of entrants

As for entering at the last minute, that was due to being unsure if I realy wanted to donate a lollie when I wasn't attending the weekend, but I decided what the heck, its only a lure!

As for if the rules should change, Ill leave that up to the rest of you guys, Im not worried either way

Yeah let it run its course. I like the idea about the perpetual trophy. These things can end up pretty big tho'. Ever heard of the Dutton Rally? It's a National series now that started with a few middle age hoons playing in a carpark. looks like fun too!

I thought we were meeting at Sexie Coffee at 8am??? there's a pattern forming here, after the photo you sent of the gear(liquids) your packing in the tackle box......no room for lures!!

Though im not sure any1 will find us.It wouldnt surprise me to see roo checking his lures at the ramp in the water to make sure they suspend each morning.He could get a job with a lure manufacturer as quality control.

Quality control is a very important job, I take it seriously in everything i do...from checking the chocolate concentration to marshmallow ratio in kims rocky road (I keep telling her to back off on the crushed nuts ) all the way to how my latest lures react to hardware upgrades is an important part of my day. I usually like to finish it with a quick confirmation of how fizzy the ginger ale is that i've mixed with my Canadian Club whisky and whether or not the next one will taste the same as the last one......someone has to ask these questions and it might as well be me to answer it too!

Never know Ausfish might crash in the meantime and we could be stranded somewhere in the middle say 1014 or something!!!
