Can you still get sticky weight in NSW? Apparently the company that makes it has gone under and the replacement stuff from USA costs twice as much and is also in limited supply.....

I am recycling mine depending on which lure I'm using...

Found it at BCF west Burleigh store about a year or so ago.
also have some Mann's sticky lead strips. found these in the local bait shop in the $1 bin.

I have a small problem here.

I am as keen as mustard to come up for the muster but I can't confirm or book anything until the last moment.

What is the chances of if I do decide to come up, that I can actually do the following -

1. Bring my own boat and actually have someone to fish with so it not so boring by myself?
2. Actually be able to camp at the camp grounds?(will there be room on a site) where I can park car and boat anf of course offer either $ or beer as payment
3. Have access to recharge the batterys?

Mate Deano,Whitto, Fred and myself will have a decent setup mate in our normal spot near the fence opposite the camp kitchen, I will have my big two room tent set up your more then welcom to roll a swag in there if you like rather then set up. From last years mob a few get powered sites so recharging is all sweet. As for boat buddies well there will be a few. Anyhow where up there all week after, so if ya need a deckie sunday or whatever I will go for a run, as long as there is room for my hat?

As long as Nagg does not invite any more wasps, my temper should remain quite calm and the complaining of a stinging hand with no feeling and having no sleep for 2 nights would be minimal I think

I am actually looking at trying to come up friday or saturday and maybe stay for a few days into the next week.

Lee you won't have a problem mate you can get anything for beer and there is always some keen to get on a fast boat if you get frightened.

Not frightened it just gets a bit boring by yourself for so long because you have to do everthing. Nice to have someone take over driving or the leccy for a while.

Hi all,

I haven't been on much lately so thought I'd better check that the dates on the post are definately correct - So it's still 11th to 13th?

Had a fish at Mondy on Friday, saw a few fish, had 3 follows, only one hookup that jumped off boatside (looks like the trophy might be in danger)

So I'll be sneaking up again before the muster for sure to try and get the mojo working (as an athlete I'm aiming to peak at the last minute)

My team will be same as last year
