Plans changed, looks like a feed of fresh tailer fillets, dust em in some seasoned flour, then into a hot pan with some oil and melted butter, squeeze of lemon to finish, some chunky chips out of the oven (coat these babies in rock salt, rosemarry and a little olive oil before putting into the oven)
