Hit the Brizzy River early this morning with a couple of mates. We managed 2 average squire and a gold spot just as the sun was rising so I thought we could be in for a good session but that was it. Dropped my mates back at the ramp so they could head off to work then I went back out to fish for jew & snaps along the ships. Picked up a couple of small bream but nothing decent. Wouldn't have expected to catch undersize bream on a Mask Vib 70 off the bottom in 55 feet of water. Mac tuna were busting up across from the last container berth, they turned up as soon as the incomming tide started to pick up. Chased them for an hour or so without a hook up but still managed to loose 2 slugs from crack offs, bugger.
