Thread: Small Bolt-Cutters

    Re: Small Bolt-Cutters

mate, I reckon the steelies nips sounds the goods, long handle gives better leverage, flush cut is a bonus, I was fishing a couple of weeks ago with a mate when I accidentally stuck him with a 6/0, he managed to push the point and barb thru, but cause of the hook gape and shape, we couldnt get the big pliers flush enuf to cut off the pointy end, nips would have done it for sure

    cheers
    brian

    ps
like a true fisho, my mate fished on with the 6/0 as a piece of extra jewllry for a few hours - how is the finger going Scotty???

Yep, trying my best but after 7 or so years out of the game I'm slowly forgeting/loosing all my dodgy ways

Talking to a mate about my good old pair of nipex and hes as dodgy as I am. He used to cut 8mm bolts with his, using the squeez and crank/rotate method
