Navman Service?

I have a G-Pilot 3100 and a Repeat 3100 screen that are having issues with displaying all of the characters. Sometimes they work OK and other times they don't. At first I thought this was a moisture issue and followed the advice os SteveS and use a dessicant bagin each unit, but this has not fixed them. I have since done more research and found something about a bad batch of glue causing issues and the only way to fix them is to send them back for repairs.

Anyway now that Navman has been bought by Navico, where do I send the units for service?

I go to the Navman website and it is only in-car GPS systems now.

If you ring 1300 navico (1300 628426) - select Navman support - they will give you address details etc

I ended up sending an email via their website on Sunday and had a reply at 8:58am this morning saying I need to send them in. Have sent all the details and just waiting on an RMA number now to send the units in for service.
