Guessing competition - XL or L?

Looking at buying this, but owner isn't sure if it's XL or L on the 70. No sticker on the motor to show the model number. Looks like an XL. Also looks too long for that boat, but that's just my view. Only pic available is the one I've posted. Any guesses?

This could need a bump & a re-word, maybe. Is this a 25" leg or 20" leg on the Evinrude 70hp? Anyone know?

My guess would be 20".

The engine looks like a seventies or eighties model. In those days 25" were near non existent.

I could be wrong.

bit hard to tell from the picture, but all those models will have a spacer fitted, so it will be easy to spot, they never made a 25" in that HP it will be a conversion.
