Just wondering what brand of sounder everyone uses?

If my oar is chipped = rock or reef... more often than not its coated with black mud!
Sounder is back online now though... all is good!

Have a good look through the that thread again! There are quiet a few raymarine owners out there, and they are one of the best value for money sounders in my books.

I still say use an oar, if it doesnt touch the bottom you've got enough water.

Interesting that you havent heard of Raymarine gear .:undecided:
They are one of the major players in Sounders & GPS & so are JRC .
If you added them to your poll I'll sure either would get a number of votes .
