Revs - nothing to do with engine revolutions - although some may argue. Its me vocation - man of the cloth 'n all - but don't hold it agaianst me or I'll come 'round 'n rip ya bl@@dy arms off 'n stuff the sloppy end down ya neck!!!! (what ever happened to turn the other cheek!!!??)

Flamin' Riptide - At the end of the build process a couple of years back me mate suggested we paint her as I was gonna leave her plain alley. Well it turned out to be a huge job, lots of hours, we gotta go and work on that flamin' riptide agin!!!! Oh not that flamain' riptide....Another mate who custom painted me harley said he'd come and put a flame job on it. I said "No Way, its a fishin' boat not a speed boat or a show boat", but paintin' this flamin' riptide seemed to take forever, so it just kinda happened, the paint job and the flame job came together and finishin' that flamin' riptide became her name - Flamin' Riptide it is!!!

    Cheers

    and God Bless you all!!!

    Cheers

    Rhys

WILLOW, with a last name of wilson, its not hard to see why my mates from early years of school called me Willow. I also named my boat WILLOW . Refering to the old saying about the( Willow branch bending but never breaking) seemed to back up the name as my boat being a Southwind already has the bend in it, and I certainly dont want it to break. Mine started out as Nomad because I never stayed in the one place for long (or women) but then got shortened to Mad. Boat is Darkside. Will leave that up to you as to how that came about

If you like Stevie Ray Vaughan definitely go and see "The Hipshooters" Brisbane's best blues band. Tipi Elkington is sh!t hot on the guitar.

My surname is Walker = Mr Walker = Ghost Who Walks = The Phantom.
Haven't named the boat yet but thought 'Skull Cave' would be appropriate.

Started out as a kid as "GRUNTER" cause me mates reckoned i just sat on the river bank catching "Catties" and grunted like them when i caught one.
Joined the Navy at 16 and when i joined my first ship the "Victualler" asked me if i was Rocky .....'s brother. No, but the name stuck for the next 21 yrs.
My boys named my boat. "GAFYM" which is short for "getawayfromyamissus" followed by a decal of a rather nasty snarling Snapper. Now..she says i only had it put on to depict her in one of her moods...but i strenuously deny this fact. Draws a lot of attention.

Onerabbit.........one = 1, rabbit = parent. (rabbits are great parents)

    A bit tricky guys,
but I have been a single dad for the last 14 years, I just thought it was appropriate.

    Muzz

& my boats name is Muzza 1, only because that was what I logged out as,
but the boat had no name when I bought her,
    so it had to be.
