Hi All, looking for marine sparky

    Hi all

I am looking for a marine sparky to complete a twin battery setup, I have the two batteries in place and the switch located too, But need the cables made up to complete the installation. I don't have the gear to make up the cables to make them look neat and professional.

My boat is a quintrex and it has a rats nest under the front console, with fuses located up under the dash in various places, I want a "proper" fusebox located in one place....which will clean up rats nest under the dashboard.

Also to complete the hookup of a navman 8084 gps to a navman vhf radio (I have all the necessary instructions and diagrams), I'm a welder not a sparky.

I would prefer to get it looked at and quoted before the work is done, so as we can both talk about what has to be done, while looking at the boat.

Oh, I am on the northside.....I live at narangba, near caboolture/morayfield.

    Thanks in advance

    Garry..............
    Cheers Garry

How long do you need the cables ?

Super cheap and those type places have cables swagged and ready to go in various lenghs.

Have a go yourself, half the fun of having a boat is doing the work yourself, sitting in it, and drinking beer at the same time your fixing something.

Doesn't have to be in the water.

I like the idea of sitting in the boat in the front yard with a coldy or 2.. I do it more often than I actually get the boat in the water, much the shame of a busy life

Buy the 12v bible from BIas or withworths and DIY, it isn't hugely tough
