GPS Marks in Close Double Island / Rainbow Beach

I'm chasing some marks for in close (within 2 km or so of the beach) i have fished some coffee rock up towards rainbow before but don't have the marks.
I am heading up for a night fish in a couple of weeks and am afraid if i'm running around up there in the general area having a look i could end up in a shark net... ..... Now obviously i'm not looking for these and not wanting to reward with something in return....PM me and if it seems legit i'll pass on some lesser known stuff in the 5-7km range from the beach....

Seahorse, liltuffy & reefmaster, nice to know that there are fellas like you helping other anglers in need...keep up the good work. i hope i can be as lucking finding others to trade top Sunshine coast marks for morton bay marks...bought the boat from a fishing pro up north but unfortunately i live down south...buma!

Hey j2 might sound obvious but have you tried that book of 500 fairly generic gps spots. costs $10 from most tackle shops. It might at least give you a starting pont to start looking at your sounder.

Greg your a legend thanks for your help..... and Tenzing thanks for your suggestion i have seen that book around on numerous occassions would probably be worth grabing as you said to use as a point to start looking at your sounder...

How is the close in fishing around Rainbow/Double Island? A few of the boys from work have gone out from there a couple of times but didn't get anything of real good size or quanitiy. So now they mostly head off mooloolaba. I've seen pictures in the paper of good catches of red emporers and sweetlip but gather these are taken from reefs further out like 15miles plus.

Any help will be appreciated.
