The beach is in pretty good nick down the south end, but I probably would not try heading up on a big high tide. North of freshwater is plain shagged. There is heaps of errosion and I doubt this would be passable at high tide. I have never seen the point so badly erroded.
Leisha Track is in good nick, a little chopped up getting onto it. The Rainbow beach side has a bit of a drop off but even for my low to the gound navara it was ok. The beach on rainbow beach side looked ok, but I never went up it. I read recently that mudlo rocks was covered with sand again, but the ranger told me it was exposed again.
One word of advice, if you have not been up there in ten years then you are in for a shock. It is pretty busy up there now, so if you are intending on camping make sure you get there early and pitch your tent! Other than that its still as good as it has always been!
