    bribie passage

    Been out about 10 times trying to catch squire on sp, in the bribie passage, Went out yesturday to get 3, but the biggest was only 34cm.

    still go two flathead one 41cm and 44cm for lunch.

    cooks rock is normally okay for a few squire,,, but the pro's went thru it on friday night so may be a bit scarce for a day or two,,,, other than that you can normally pick up a few in front of the canal entrance near kakadu,,,,,opposite the wreck

    dont get too many,,,, i'm chasing em on wednesday,,,,,,,,,lol

    There are a few at White Patch from time to time. I have had some luck on the GULP Turtleback worm. However I have probably had 20+ squire captures in the passage this year but only three keepers all just over 35cm.

    nice fish, good to see them in the passage, i have been trying to catch in the passage , and jew. good luck in catching a bigger one!
