Fished the brissy this morning in search of my first thready again. To no avail , but did score a decent sharky 1.3-1.4m, 15 odd kilos which pulled really well for about 20mins. Thought it was a horse thready throughout the fight but alas no.Pretty dissapointing at first but still fun. Ben

Saw you to chief was going to come over and say g'day but you were heading into some structure, lures at the ready ,so thought better of it.

Nice bully there Blooey, we were next to you when you pulled it in the boat. After that ended up heading back to the river mouth for a few more bream and some nice tailor.

Bugger it sounds like the fun was all in the mornings. I spent some nights out there with not much to speak of. No bait fish, no good hits and no dinner. Would have been fun there for a bit until you saw the bittey end surface. Theres a thready out there for yah mate.
