gatakers in hervey bay

gday i was wondering if anybody has been fishing at gatakers bay lately if so, what have you been catching and whats the best bait to use.

hey i went there not long ago and sum of the flathead sizes that came out of there were enourmous the biggest one going 162 cms smallest bout 98 cm and a guy in a boat was being dragged around the bay by wat looked like a shark he was at it for about 45 mins being dragged out into the oceon it was litterally pulling the boat wateva it was it was big.
