Fix The TIME

Can anyone tell me how to fix the time on the message system?

I log a thread and it records as 10pm when it is actually 1pm. Why?

Green Witch mean time maybe? Who cares what the bloody time is there?

Even the boof heads down south who insist on playing with the clocks each summer are not that far out.

The Moon Phase window displays the correct time why can't the log in time be correct.
