With some recent talk of people receiving questionable service i feel the best way to reward good service is to give them back some positive word of mouth advertising..
My new steez 100h arrived from bass.jp today.... i ordered it late last week expecting around 10 days delivery. According to their website they had some difficulty with their payment system late last week so i emailed them after 2 days to get an update.
The email i received back (in broken somewhat) english was polite, apologetic -even though the payment issue had nothing to do with them- and explained that my reel would be sent promptly.
realising that they had not shipped it as yet they shipped on monday and i tracked it until it arrived today - thats less than 3 full days shipping.
I open the shipping box to find my reel box wrapped in bubble wrap and a complimentary 125m spool of 12lb flurocarbon leader. Along with some japanese furniture catolouge they had used as packing---evidentally bedside tables are on sale in japan...
So bass.jp get a big thumbs up for their service from me! They were the cheapest by far out of the several sites i searched and they have free shipping worldwide.
Lastly im not affiliated with them in anyway and i don't expect any responses to this thread but i would certainly recommend them to anyone.
I to can vouch for the Bassjp website. Ordered my luvias from the site and it arrived in under a week. Very polite to deal with and as stated excellent prices.
