Hello again lads settled the freshwater lure argument now so its now the saltwater. Wonderin what all you fishos consider your favourite hard body lure in the salt for anything from bream or jacks to trollin for macks over the reefs. Opinions wanted

any popper or surface stick bait will do me fine. id have to say that the sugoi splash 2 popper is well up there with all my favorets, they catch every thing

Its not 'the' favourite as such, but the humble old slug is hard to go past.

I have caught everything from whiting to jacks, to macs, tuna, snaps, tailor, trev's, tarpon, barra, choppers, all on a bit of steel.

I reckon thats hard to go past!

Offshore I loved the old 'c'lures and leads lures. Rapalas work but were a bit soft. Used a lot or reidy's over the years in the drains. To be honest though most of my luring has been done with home mades.
