I have been following the forums on this site for a few months, love it and keeping up with the fishing in Qld where i used to live. Due to work i mainly work in WA and NZ now, while in NZ i fish for mainly snapper and tarakihi (morwong i believe there). I am still a soft bait virgin and and am reading things carefully on ausfish to persude me to change. Thanks for all the info and great fishing stories guys. Cheers Mark

G'Day everyone;
Platitudinus here, an old head on old shoulders and have fished on most continents across the world. Now back to what I love, saltwater light tackle fishing - reef jigs, plastics and floatlining. Already getting to grips with what the Goldcoast has to offer and using the local fast twin cat charter boats to get out to the 36's and 50's regularly. Also have a 4.3m tinny for the broadwater and rivers.
Looking forward to some good forum chat.
