Cabbage Tree Creek 14/6/2008

hi i fished cabbage today with mark malcolm out on his boat up around cabbage tree creek. first up mark managed a pike, which followed by a small jewfish by me. we fished from about 2:30 till 5:45 for a total of:

5 bream
1 flathead
5 pike
1 whiting
1 jewfish (my first ever jewie )

it was a great day out on the water, and the creek was like glass and gave a beautiful sunset( see pictures attached below). i am feeeling a bit tired so i am not typing a long report.

thanks guys, yeah as always using plastics. it was hard fishing today the other day when mark went out he had schools chasing his plastics where today if we cast our plastics under structure maybe 1 fish could be tempted. i also found most of my fish in the open water instead of in the structure.
