Hey Greg,
It seems the wind has dropped this arvo. The bream and snaps might be on the chew early tomorrow along the front of Redcliffe. Might be worth a go if the wind stays away. Even if it does blow from the west, there are plenty of shallow reefs along there as you already know.
Foggy
think that might be the go foggy.
iam only 500met from scotts point and my front verandah faces south and there is not a breath of air and wind guage is not moving.
cant understand the weather.
will have a look at 5 in morn.

still no breeze here at woody pt, but damm cold
Well, I can tell you all one place not to have been on the weekend and thats Nth Straddie. Spent Saturday morning up and down Flinders and the arvo on Main. Result - zilch!!
And nearly froze to death on Saturday night.
Picked up a couple of reasonable Bream though just around the corner on the rocks at Dunwich whilst waiting for the barge back home today.
I've spent a bit of time at Straddie over the years and I think I've come to understand that 'Local knowledge' must plays a big part in a good catch.
Rgds
Roo.
Remember, the future isn't what it used to be - go fishing today!
